LEE Wen Jian
Offer Manager (F&B and Life Sciences), Industry Solutions Schneider Electric

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Wen Jian was with Tetra Pak packaging material plant as the Process Manager, in charge of laminating process. Being a Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) leader and practitioner, he drove and managed the continuous improvement in his process, and brought the results to an exceptional level. He is equipped with vast manufacturing plant experience including production, maintenance, quality assurance and project management. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.

Based in Singapore, Wen Jian holds B.Eng. Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and M.Sc. Systems & Projects Management, both from Nanyang Technological University.
